Customer and workflow content
If your company uses PrepDesk with client documents, operational records, emails, notes, tax information, manufacturing data, or other workflow content, we process that content to provide and secure the service. Your company is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide that information to PrepDesk.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate PrepDesk, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or financing.
