Using PrepDesk
You may use PrepDesk only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, any order form or written agreement with PrepDesk, and all applicable professional obligations.
Customer responsibility
PrepDesk supports customer-led workflows. Your company remains responsible for reviewing outputs, approving communications or operational changes, making business decisions, and complying with laws, regulations, contracts, and professional standards.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, limiting access to authorized users, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
Customer content
Your company retains ownership of documents, data, notes, emails, operational records, and other content it provides to PrepDesk. You grant PrepDesk the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide and secure the service.
AI-assisted outputs
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. PrepDesk does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and outputs should not be relied on without qualified professional review.
Service changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of PrepDesk as the product evolves. We aim to communicate material changes that affect active customers.
Restrictions
You may not misuse PrepDesk, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, submit unlawful content, or use the service to violate another party's rights.
Disclaimers and liability
PrepDesk is provided without warranties except as expressly stated in a written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PrepDesk after updated terms are posted or communicated means the updated terms apply.
